Book Joanne Jolee

How to Move a Mountain

by a mountain mover

Joanne’s keynote, ‘How to Move a Mountain by a Mountain Mover’ based upon her recently published book, is partly inspired by challenges she and her husband faced during a massive undertaking to build their mountaintop dream home, dubbed the “Giant White Fortress” by the Tribune, and a desire to encourage others to step forward, discover solutions, and plow through life’s obstacles with confidence.

Joanne is a seasoned speaker who, as co-founder and executive director of a 501(c)(3) charity, represented the organization in many fundraising engagements, raising awareness for its mission.

As a lifelong sailor and internationally licensed yacht helmsman, she relays stories of her near perilous adventures along with leadership lessons learned on the ocean, and their applications to her varied business ventures.

A conservatory trained pianist and musical artist, Joanne discusses the power of inspiration and creativity for problem solving, and performance tools for personal and professional success.

A mom of five (all homeschooled college graduates). grandmother of seven, and step-mom of three, Joanne brings her experience and insight in family issues in these difficult times.

Joanne’s message will stir you on many levels—spiritually, emotionally, musically—sparking ideas so you can refocus, gain new strength, and make choices that ensure you’re living a life of excellence, filled with purpose, and value.

Some people have a knack for wonderful achievements, Joanne Jolee is one of those people and loves to share her knowledge and vision. She can work a crowd and leave the entire room feeling better about themselves and the world.

“Joanne Jolee is a passionate advocate for the power and benefits of music.  At a time when we are focused on maximizing the value we spend on our children, helping them develop into competent, capable adults, she reminds us of the scientifically proven value of a music education.  For adults who struggle with depression, anxiety, or just the stresses of modern living, she reminds us of the power that music holds to heal and nourish.  Joanne Jolee is an excellent speaker:  professional, vibrant, compelling.”
