Joanne Jolee and Bill Jaffa, husband and wife, are the owners of Jolee-Jaffa Consulting and Investments, LLC, and the founders of JOLEE-JAFFA FOUNDATION FOR GOOD, INC., a Section 501(c)(3) charitable organization under the Internal Revenue Code.

Bill Jaffa has over 49 years of experience as an advisor, accountant, and tax specialist to billion-dollar businesses. He has provided accounting and tax consulting services across a wide range of industries—including manufacturing, retail, and service businesses—both nationally and internationally. Bill also served as a senior member of one of the world’s largest accounting firms and later co-owned a CPA firm, which he sold in 2024 to a national CPA firm.

In addition to his private-sector work, Bill served the City of Mesa, Arizona as a Planning and Zoning Board member and City Councilmember. During his tenure, he played a key role in developing and adopting Mesa’s first residential development guidelines and worked to attract high-quality residential and commercial development to the city.

Joanne Jolee served as Executive Director of the Jolee-Jaffa Music Foundation from 2013 until 2021, when operations were terminated during the COVID-19 pandemic. Her entrepreneurial journey began with launching a service business from her garage, which she successfully grew into a main-street storefront and ultimately sold for a significant profit.

A conservatory-trained composer and musical artist, Joanne later developed and manufactured music instructional products that were distributed nationally and internationally through leading distributors.

In addition to her creative and entrepreneurial accomplishments, she has been a licensed Realtor® since 2007.

Bill and Joanne have extensive experience in real estate enterprises, including residential development, plat development, and drafting covenants, conditions, and restrictions (CC&Rs) for their own residential communities. Their work also includes serving on homeowners associations, purchasing and selling real estate investment properties, conducting like-kind exchanges under Section 1031 of the Internal Revenue Code, handling involuntary conversions under Section 1033, negotiating rights-of-way and easement agreements, and implementing changes to existing developments within both municipal and HOA environments. Together, they have owned and managed commercial, industrial, and agricultural properties.

As owner-builders, Joanne and Bill designed and constructed their mountaintop dream home—dubbed “The Giant White Fortress” by Tribune Magazine. The experience inspired Joanne’s book, How to Move a Mountain — and Other Important Things to Know.

Both are licensed yacht helmsmen. Between them, they share eight children, nine grandchildren, and one great-grandchild.
