No charge, approximately 15 minutes by phone – fill out the ‘Coaching Inquiry’ form.

• All sessions and packages must be prepaid and include email support for the duration of the session package.

• Sessions are 60 minutes and normally held weekly.

• Sessions are onsite at The Peaks.

• After package sessions are completed, additional sessions may be booked in blocks of two for $280.
