Joanne and Bill are the owners of Jolee-Jaffa Consulting and Investments, LLC, and founders of a section 501(c)(3), IRC charitable organization (Jolee-Jaffa Music Foundation, Inc.).
Bill has served as an advisor, accountant and tax specialist to billion-dollar businesses for over 42 years, and has worked and provided consulting services in accounting and tax matters for a variety of industries, including manufacturing, retail and service businesses, both nationally and internationally, and worked as a senior member of one of the largest accounting firms in the world. He is a co-owner of a CPA firm that specializes in national and international tax services. As a former Mesa, Arizona Planning and Zoning member and City Councilmember, Bill applied his efforts to developing and having Mesa, Arizona, adopt its first residential development guidelines, and bring quality residential and commercial development to the city.
Joanne bootstrapped her first service business starting in the garage of her home and growing to a main street storefront which she later sold at a good profit. As a conservatory trained composer and musical artist, she then developed and manufactured music instructional products that were sold nationally and internationally by leading distributors. Joanne has been a licensed Realtor® for 15 years.
Bill and Joanne have been involved in real estate enterprises including residential development, developing plats and writing CCRs for their own residential development, serving on HOAs, purchases and sales of real estate investment property, like kind exchanges of real property under section 1031, IRC, involuntary conversions of real estate under section 1033, IRC, negotiating right of way and easement agreements, and owning and managing commercial, industrial and farm property. Joanne and Bill are owner/builders, and designed and built a mountaintop executive home overlooking the entire Phoenix Metropolitan valley.
They are both licensed yacht helmsman, and between them share 8 children and 8 grandchildren.
